Happy 75th birthday to the Boss!!

Bruce Springsteen was born on 23 September 1949. To celebrate the approach of his 75th birthday, I was commissioned to create this ‘party of Springsteen’s’ showcasing his extraordinary career. I chose his most iconic looks from the late 1960s to the present day, immersing myself in his music and his autobiography planning this picture. The finished artwork was created in fine line pens and watercolours, and took me 3 weeks to complete. It was then a long and nervous wait for the book ‘Springsteen@75’ from Quarto Books US to be published earlier this year. It was well worth the wait, and I’m very proud to be part of it.
