Inspired by the Resurrection paintings of Raphael and Piero della Francesca, I’ve imagined Bowie being resurrected on Mars. At Christmas I started working on a self portrait….thinking about the labels people give us and we give ourselves I wondered who am I? I am an artist, a wife, a mum, a friend, a cancer survivor, and so much more. I am more than the sum of these labels. This is ‘All of me’.x
